Dr. Lam Minh Long is known as a lecturer with high pedagogical and professional skills, currently working at Ho Chi Minh City Vocational College since 2001 until now. In addition, Dr. Lam Minh Long participated in collaborating with schools such as: University of Natural Sciences (HCMC National University); University of Technology (Hanoi National University), etc.

Dr. Lam Minh Long is researching to build a control and measurement - sensor system in Industrial Electronics

Dr. Lam Minh Long completed the PhD program and successfully defended his PhD thesis at Hanoi National University of Technology in 2018 with the topic: "Fabrication and investigation of gas sensors properties of nanocomposite materials PEDOT: PSS, P3HT and some inorganic components (rGO, GQD, CNT, AgNW / NP: )". Dr. Lam Minh Long has applied practical knowledge into the teaching process such as: Microelectronic Technology module; Some technical momentum; Automated PLC ... to contribute to animate more of his lectures in the process of conveying knowledge to students.

The next research orientation of Dr. Lam Minh Long in the coming time:

Apply the graphene quantum dot into smart integrated circuits contains micro-multifunctional sensors built on the basis of lead polymer to monitor toxic gas pollution in the environment, detecting poison in food and the virus that causes incurable disease in the human body.

Manufacturing new components to apply nanometer-structured materials such as super-capacitors capable of storing large energy used to replace existing batteries or accumulators which pollute the environment due to containing harmful acid and metal components such as lead, zinc, mercury, etc.
