THE LIBRARY

1. Function:

The Library is responsible for managing library operations, organizing the storage and utilization of information resources, including books, newspapers, magazines, textbooks, and digital materials to support teaching, learning, and scientific research.

2. Responsibilities:

1.           Develop a plan to modernize the library and gradually transform it into the school's information center.
2.           Organize various activities such as book displays, magazine and journal exhibitions, textbook presentations, and economic information resources to serve readers inside and outside the institution. Improve reader services to ensure a civilized and professional environment.
3.           Plan and implement the acquisition, reception, exchange, and supplementation of new materials, books, newspapers, and digital resources (including online materials) to support training and research.
4.          Organize and manage the storage and preservation of books, newspapers, and information materials in accordance with regulations.
5.           Implement training programs to improve the professional qualifications and skills of library staff.
6.           Summarize and report library activities, providing timely statistics and reports as requested by higher authorities and the institution.
7.           Manage and efficiently use the library’s human resources, facilities, and equipment provided by the institution.
8.           Provide consulting and support services for library users such as document searches, reproduction, exchanges, and summaries.
9.           Periodically introduce new materials, books, and newspapers to library users.
