Objectives:
Ho Chi Minh City Vocational College has a mission and the task of training qualified staff expertise solid workmanship, meeting the needs of the labor market, contributing to ensuring social security and promoting economic development, improving competitiveness, towards international integration and high-tech development in Vietnam;
The difference of Ho Chi Minh City Vocational College compared to other training schools are: training in the form of association with enterprises to shorten the gap between training and actual production; linking between training with practice, research - deploy and encourage international cooperation to promote self-study ability, active thinking methods, practice exploitation and information processing skills for students.
Mission:
To train a high-quality technical workforce and conduct research on the application of techniques and technologies in both training and production practices. The goal is to provide a workforce with sufficient competence and competitiveness to participate effectively in both domestic and international labor markets.
Learners are equipped with the ability to pursue lifelong learning and continuous professional development, meeting the needs of socio-economic advancement.
The training process fosters the comprehensive development of knowledge, ethics, and skills, instilling in learners a noble ideal of life—dedication and service to the nation and community—thus contributing to the formation of a generation of global citizens.
Vision:
By 2025, 2030, become a high-quality college assessed according to international standards. Evaluate 100 training programs to meet quality according to prescribed educational standards. Train according to high-quality programs with the core of training in the field of engineering and technology, meeting the needs of human resources for production-business and service enterprises, contributing to socio-economic development and pioneering in the Vietnamese vocational education system. Expand cooperation with countries in the region and around the world
